The meaning of the title in Marathi is gently stir fried chaulai / chauli greens and potato. It's a delicious marathi recipe which my mom makes all the time and I learnt from her. It's so full of fresh flavours of the greens that you don't need much spices or any other veggies too. Just stir fry with some potatoes for a nice crunchy bite and enjoy with rice, daal, fulka or even on a bread slice! Rich in vitamins A and C, minerals calcium, iron and potassium. It makes hair shiny and bones strong!
