Bottlegourd Paneer Tikki

Take a bowl add grated bottlegourd, chopped onion, crumbled paneer, crushed garlic, kitchen king masala, black pepper powder, oregano,salt and mix it very well.

Now add besan, rice flour, turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chili powder and carrom seeds. Now mix it well together. Don't need to add water.

Make the tikkies of ready mixture. Heat the oil for frying. Fry the tikkies golden brown and serve hot with tomato sauce/ green chutney as per your liking.
