Gumberries pickle
Steps

Wash clean and remove stalk from gum berries.Break berries and remove seeds and gum.Coat little salt and keep aside.

Wash, peel mango and grate by grater.

Add pickle masala,salt, fennel seeds and chilli powder to grated mango.Mix well.

Stuff this masala into berries.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and asafoetida.Turn off the gas.After cooling add oil in pickle.Mix well and store in dry glass bottle.Serve after four days.
