In a large pot fill with water and let it boil.

Add half an onion, 4 garlic cloves, tablespoon of chicken boulion, salt, and your choice of chicken to the pot on medium high heat. (I used chicken drumsticks and chicken breast) Let it cook for about 35 minutes.

Wash your chiles and remove seeds from chile anchos & chile guajillos

While your chicken is cooking toast your chiles in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Make sure not to burn them! Toast for about 15 seconds each.

After your chiles are toasted, fry your piece of onion, 3 garlic cloves, peppercorn, cinnamon shavings & clavos.

After fry one corn tortilla

Pour everything into your blender with oregano, and one can of mole sauce.

Add 4 cups of chicken broth to your blender & blend until smooth

If you want your sauce smoother add more chicken broth.

Taste for salt

In a shallow pot add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry your sauce for a couple of minutes & let it simmer

Add your cooked chicken to the sauce for about 15 minutes and let it simmer.

Serve with your choice of sides!
