Easy Club Sandwich with homemade bread and all the leftover bits I could find in my fridge 😂🍞 🥪
This is my summer go to because it's easy, yummy and you can put anything you have in your fridge in it.

Slicemature cheddar cheese 🧀
1Leftover boiled egg peeled and sliced 🥚
3piece's of homemade bread 🍞
White sandwich loaf (bread maker)
1tomato 🍅
A Fewthin slices of cucumber 🥒
A fewslices of Leftover Turkey breast
Lettuce 🥬
a Fewslices of red onion
Mayo mixture
2 tbspGreek yogurt
1 tspmustard
Tbsplight mayo

Slice 3 pieces of homemade bread and set aside.

Wash and slice up your cucumber, red onion, lettuce and tomato.

Get your turkey, cheese and eggs ready to be assembled.

Mix together your Greek yogurt, mustard and light mayo in a small ramekin. Not the best looking but tastes yummy 😂

Start with a piece of homemade bread and add a good amount of your mayo mixture, layer your lettuce, tomato, half your egg, red onion and a slice of turkey.

Lay another piece of bread on top of your turkey, add mayo mixture, lettuce, cheese, cucumber, slice of red onion then the last of your egg and turkey.

Lastly dollop some more mayo on your last piece of bread and pop it on top. Slice your club Sandwich into two triangles, pop in a toothpick to hold the sandwich together. Enjoy with crisps 😍😍
