Steps

Boil the gnocchi until al dente. Prepare the ingredients

In a pot or pan, heat the olive oil/vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic (if it is used). Stir fry for couple minutes

Add the sliced dried chilies. Add the chopped tomatoes.

Stir fry until tomatoes are soft. Add dash of water if it is too dry.

Add the salt, pepper and dried oregano

Add the boiled gnocchi. Cook it well with the sauce. Add chopped parsley as garnish. Adjust the salt if it is needed.

Serve it warm.
