  • 4Raw arrow roots
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • some water

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the arrow roots into preferred pieces and wash

    Place the arrow roots in a sufuria and add 2 cups of water and salt the cover and place over high heat.

  3. 3

    Let it cook for 35 minutes and using a sharp knife poke to see if tender. If already tender remove from heat and serve with Tea
