Ingredients

  1. 100 gNutcessity Himalayan Salted nut butter
  2. 60 gextra-virgin coconut oil (solid)
  3. 40 gpoppy seeds
  4. 40 gpumpkin seeds
  5. 60 grolled fine oats
  6. 20 gagave syrup

Steps

    Weigh everything into a large ceramic bowl

  2. 2

    Now toughen up! Punch everything together until no annoying blobs of hardy coconut oil remain.

  3. 3

    Roll into around 18 pellets.

  4. 4

    Eat.

  5. 5

    In the unlikely scenario there are some left within the hour, these balls store in the fridge for a week.
