Grind leftover mixture chewda or any leftover dry snacks.

Add water and whisk well. Now add salt, red chilli powder and jeera. Mix well

Add chopped onion and tomato. Also add kasuri methi and chopped coriander. Mix well again.

Chilla batter is ready. Now grease the non-stick pan with oil and put 2 tbsp batter on Non-stick pan.

Spread the batter as of your shape of chilla you want. No need to add oil, but roast on Non-stick pan from sides until golden brown. Serve your instant tasty chilla with ketchup.
