My inspiration could be a mix of wanting something healthy, homemade and delicious

Preheat oven to 140 (300). Line a baking tray with parchment paper

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, combine oats, nuts seed, coconut, and salt

Mix wet ingredients in another bowl, whisk together honey, oil and vanilla
- 4
Combine— pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients stir until everything is well coated
- 5
Bake— spread evenly on the baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes stirring halfway through, until golden brown

Cool—- remove from oven and let it cool completely
- 7
Add dried fruits—- mix in raisins after cooling
- 8
Storage for longer storage freezer in a sealed container
