Wash and saute cherry for puree. In a pan add cherry and 2 teaspoon khand, cook it until soft. Now remove the seeds. Add cherry in a grinder and make puree.

Make crumbs from bread. Now add milk and malai in a pan. Boil it on mideum flame. Now add crumbs in milk.

Stir it continues to avoid the burn on the bottom. At that time add khand. When it become thick consistency, move it on the heat.

Now keep it in refrigerator for 2 hour. Before serve add some cherry puree and dry fruit slices.
