Boil sago in water for about 15 mins (stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick).

Turn off heat. Let it cool for 10 mins, then rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and make it non-sticky.

. In a blender: Add chopped mango, milk, honey, and cardamom powder – blend till smooth and creamy.

. In a bowl: Add the boiled sago + mango blend. Mix gently.

Pour into glasses or cute dessert bowls.

Top with mango chunks + badam bits for that Insta-ready finish.
