Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupsago (sabudana)
  • 1large ripe mango (plus extra chunks for garnish)
  • 1/2 cupmilk (chilled)
  • 1–2 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • Crushed badam (almonds) – for garnish

    Boil sago in water for about 15 mins (stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick).

  2. 2

    Turn off heat. Let it cool for 10 mins, then rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and make it non-sticky.

  3. 3

    . In a blender: Add chopped mango, milk, honey, and cardamom powder – blend till smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    . In a bowl: Add the boiled sago + mango blend. Mix gently.

  5. 5

    Pour into glasses or cute dessert bowls.

  6. 6

    Top with mango chunks + badam bits for that Insta-ready finish.

    💡 Mini Tip:

    Chill before serving. Want to level up? Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. You’re welcome 😌
