Vietnamese Grilled Chili Salt Bánh Mì 🌶

Make the chili salt sauce: Mix chili sauce, chili oil, salt, sugar, and MSG together. Taste and adjust as needed.

Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread cheese inside. Flatten the bread slightly.

Spread the chili salt sauce evenly on both sides of the bread, then grill until crispy. Remove from the grill and add pâté, a fried egg, sliced sausage, pork floss, and scallion oil. Drizzle with chili sauce and mayonnaise to finish.
