Peel off the skin of bottle gourd. Wash it and then grate it with the help of medium size grater. Now squeeze in all excess water and keep in another bowl after doing so. Now add coriander leaves, green chilli, crushed roasted cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and corom seeds. Now add gram flour. Add salt to taste. Mix it well.

Now take start making small balls. Keep all kofta in a separate plate. Heat oil in a kadhai to fry kofta. Add all kofta one by one. Start turning sides after a minute in medium flame.

Once it is completely cooked and brown take out on a plate. Kofta is ready. Now prepare the gravy.

Heat 3 tbsp oil and add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Stir it. Then add tomato paste. Add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until oil separates.

Add salt, coriander powder and dry mango powder. Mix it. Add water and cook until oil separates for 3-4 minutes. Then add chopped coriander leaves.

Now add fresh cream and mix it well. Then add crushed kasuri methi. Mix everything well.

Add garam masala and kofta in curry. Take a boil for 2-3 minute in medium flame. Switched off the flame and add lemon juice. Mix everything well. Now Lauki Kofta is ready to eat.

Serve hot and enjoy it with chapati, rice or paratha etc....😋😋
