My husband like spicy food and I'm not. So I made chutnies for him. Today's chutney is here,spicy, tasty and hot.

Soak dry chillies i water for two hours.

Then grind finely with garlic cloves.

Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds and grounded chilles. Add salt and saute for seven minutes.

When oil separates turn off the gas and add lemon juice.
- 5
Cool and store in glass jar. Hot and spicy chutney is ready.
