We both like dill and palak bhaji. So I made this for today's lunch.

We both like dill and palak bhaji. So I made this for today's lunch.

Clean and wash both leaves.

Chop finely.

Cook tuvar dal in pressure cooker for three whistles. Whisk with whisker.

Heat a pan.Add oil and mustard seeds. Allow to crackle. Add garlic pieces.and Turmeric powder.Add chopped palak and dill.

Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder. Mix well. Saute till palak gets tender. Add cooked dal and required water. Boil for five minutes and turn off the gas.

Serve with rice or jowar bhakri.while serving add little oil on the top,to enhance the taste.
