Ingredients

  1. For Stuffing:
  2. 1/2 cupcooked brown top millet
  3. 1/4 cupcooked & mashed chickpeas
  4. 1/4 cupgrated paneer
  5. 1/4 cuphung curd
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  7. 1 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  8. 1 tbspfinely chopped tomato
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tspnimbu mirchi pudina seasoning
  11. Other ingredients:
  12. 2cucumber (preferably kheera)
  13. 1 tbspgreen chutney
  14. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  15. 1 tspwhite sesame seeds

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked millet, mashed chickpeas, paneer, and hung curd. Add all the chopped veggies. Season with salt and your preferred seasoning. Mix well. Your wholesome stuffing is ready.

    Peel the cucumbers and cut them vertically. Scoop out the seeds and spread a layer of green chutney inside.

    Fill each cucumber half with the millet mixture. Sprinkle with red chilli flakes and sesame seeds.
