Cooking Instructions

Firstly take sprouted moong daal and grind it coarsely with ginger and green chilli.

Now add gram flour,paneer and all spices and mix it.

Now make tikki from the dough.Then take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and put tikki in it and cook from both sides.serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
