Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmixed sprouts(i used moong and matki)
  2. 1small onion finely chopped
  3. 1small tomato chopped
  4. 1/2 cupmurmura
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1lemon
  8. Nylon sev for garnishing
  9. Few salted peanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong and matki overnight and drain water and store in an airtight container to sprout.

    Steam sprouts for 15-20mins in a steamer. Cool down the steamed sprouts completely.

    Take murmura, sprouts, peanuts, onion and tomato in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Add red chilli powder(you can skip red chilli and add green chilli paste for more spiciness), salt and squeeze lemon. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Garnish with sev and little sprouts. Serve immediately.
