It is a common street food of Mumbai.
Very Quickly made if green chutney and imli chutney is ready.
Normally Murmura is used for bhel, but I used diet Poha chivda with corn flakes and roasted chana mixed in it .

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsdiet poha chivda
  2. 2 tbspgreen chutney
  3. 2 tbsptamarind chutney,(sweet and sour)
  4. 1-2 tsplemon juice
  5. Fewpeanuts
  6. 1/4 cupnylon sev (or any)
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  10. 3Puris crushed(papadi)
  11. 1-2puris for serving
  12. 1/2potato boiled or crushed
  13. 1medium onion chopped
  14. 1medium tomato chopped
  15. 2 tspraw mango chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients in a bowl except sev.

  2. 2

    Mix everything well. Garnish with Sev and serve immediately with Puri.
