Take all ingredients together. First, dry roast oats for 2 to 3 minutes and allow to cool. Then grind to make a flour.

Now, grind all the ingredients with beetroot to make a smooth paste.

Further, in a mixer jar, add rice flour, powdered oats, Beetroot paste, salt and water. Blend to make a smooth pouring batter.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add laddleful of batter and spread in a circular way.

Serve with chutney or curd.
