For baingan barata:Roast brinjal remove skin.In pan add oil,rai and hing.

Add Chopped spring onion,tomato,haldi powder and salt. Add red chilli paste,dhania jeera powder and roasted brinjal stir.

Add Chopped coriander leaves.

For Jowar Rotla: In thali add jowar flour,add salt and water knead dough and make rotla roast on earthern tawa on both side apply ghee.Roast green chilli.

For Kadhi: In pan mix buttermilk,besan,green chillies Chopped,Grated ginger and curry leaves mix properly add salt,sugar.For tadka add oil,rai jeera,whole red chilli,hing and buttermilk besan mixture in it.Stir well till cooked.

For Khichdi:Mix dal and rice wash it properly add salt and water in deep pan cover and cook till done serve with ghee.
