Imli pyaaz chutney

Soak imli for 10 min.Squeeze out and seive imli.

Take a bowl add imli pulp onion and all masala add water and mix well.Keep it aside.

Soak chole for 6 hrs. Pressure cook for 2 whistle adding soda salt haldi bay leaves laung Elaichi and tea water.

For gravy Take blender add tomato onion ginger green chilli garlic and grind to smooth paste.

Take kadhai heat oil add jeera tomato paste and all masala and cook cover till it leaves oil.

Add chole and cook again till it coats well

Take a bowl and add maida soda baking powder salt ghee mix it.Add water and make a semi soft dough.Keep it aside for 20 min

For stuffing

Take a mixing bowl add boiled potato chopped onion and all masala mix well and keep aside.

Knead the dough again using little oil and divide into small balls

Roll the dough little and spread the potato mixture and make a ball and roll it again lightly.

Heat tawa put the naan and cook from both side.

Put it on flame and cook from both side till golden brown.

Assembling the thali.

Arrange all items on the plate and serve.
