For Kadhi : In pressure cooker heat oil add gram flour

When the flour turns brown in colour(watch out or else it might just burn) add red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt

Close the lid of pressure cooker an wait for 3/4 whistle of cooker an give tadka of oil, jeera, and red chilli an your kadhi is ready

For Took Patata : Peel an cut potatoes slit cut in cross - cross not very deep Rinse them with some water

Heat oil in kadai gently slide the pieces in oil

Fry till it changes to golden brown

Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder mix well for 2-3 seconds

For Boondi Ratia: take a bowl add curd, salt and water an blend it with help of blender

For chawal : Take kadai add oil, water, salt and rice (wash rice properly)

Let it boil after it starts boiling low the flame an keep lid an leave for 10/15 minutes
