Wash, peel and cut bottle gourd into small pieces.

Heat a pan.Add oil.Add mustard seeds and turmeric powder. Add bottle gourd pieces and soaked chana dal. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook till done.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Add into serving bowl and decorate with coriander leaves and coconut. Our righteous bhaji is ready to serve.
