Beetroot Pulp
Steps

Boil Beetroot and potatoes separately. Let them cool.

Peel boiled beetroot and mash them to make pulp. Add boiled and mashed potatoes

Grind Oats and add it to mashed beetroot. Add breadcrumbs, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder, coriander powder,dry mango powder and salt.

Mix them properly. Take small portion of mixture and make round balls press it to make tikki shape

Heat pan add 2-3 tbsp oil and shallow fry tikki at medium heat till golden brown in colour at both sides.

Remove from heat.

Serve hot with chutney.
