Ingredients

10-`5minutes
2 servings
  1. 2corns, shucked, and sectioned into 3
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1 tsp.salt
  5. 1 tsp.chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp.dried oregano
  7. 1 tbsp.butter
  8. As required, chaat masala
  9. 1lemon, halved
  10. 1 tsp.cilantro, chopped
  11. 1 tsp.black salt

Steps

10-`5minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot bring the corn to a boil with salt, chilli flakes, oregano and butter. Boil for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Remove and once cool to handle, generously rub with chaat masala and a drizzle lemon juice over it and a little bit of black salt.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle cilantro and serve with additional lemon wedges.
