Steps

Take a pan, add oil, heat it, in goes jeera, let it splutter.

Now add onion, stir fry it until soft.

Add in ginger garlic paste, mix it well, saute it until rawness is released, add very lil water to avoid burning.

In goes haldi powder, red chilli powder & dhania powder, mix it well, sprinkle lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.

Now add tomato & salt mix it well, cook it covered on low flame for 2 minutes, add kashmiri red chilli powder in between.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add broken eggs one by one, do not stir, add green chilli, can break the yolk. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until eggs r completely cooked, do not stir it.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes, take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
