4halves of red, yellow, orange and purple peppers
1chili pepper seeded
1medium onion
2 clovesgarlic
Fresh cilantroo
Sauce
4big scoops of (vegan) yoghurt
Chili sauce
Salt, black pepper
Summac
Tablespoonlime juice

Fry the onions and the garlic, then cook the peppers and the chili until tender
2

Add the vegan gyros and let it fry for 5 more minutes

Spread over the flatbread add sauce and cilantro to taste
