Lamb Meatballs with Yoghurt Sauce

Meatballs are easy to make, and can be a fun activity to enjoy with children. This is a great finger food for parties, but you may wish to make patties for your family’s dinner. Today I served them with Yoghurt Sauce, but Tomato based sauces, sweet ones OR spicy ones, are also good. Serve them with your favourite sauce.

Steps
- 1
Combine all the Yoghurt Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. *Note: I added some Herbs and Black Pepper on top for presentation.
- 2
Place all Lamb Meatball ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix to combine. Form into bite-size balls
- 3
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the pan if required, but I didn’t oil my non-stick pan. Cook the Meatballs until nicely browned and cooked through. Serve with the Yoghurt Sauce.
