Roast the papads over an open griddle on medium flame till light brown spots appear on them. Chop the ingredients for toppings finely. Keep aside.Take all the ingredients of masala powder in a bowl.

Mix the masala powder. Place a roasted papad on an open griddle.

Apply green chutney on the roasted papad.

Place 1/2 to 1 tsp each of the toppings evenly on it. Sprinkle masala powder on it.

Sprinkle chopped coriander. Make other masala papads the same way.

A healthier version of masala papad is ready. Serve immediately.
