Makhana-Ragi Ice cream

First take a bowl. In it add all the above ingredients like makhana, cashews, almonds, raisins, kesar and dates along with some milk. Add elaichi powder too. Soak them for about an hour.

After an hour add everything into the grinding jar. Add a tbsp of mildly roasted ragi powder. Add some honey along with it. Keep little milk to add it later. Rest grind them well into a smooth paste as shown below.

Now add this mixture into remaining milk and mix it. Now pour this mixture into a glassware or into a mould where you want to set the ice-cream. Top it with some chopped almonds and kesar strands.

Now cover it with an aluminum foil and keep it inside the deep freezer to freeze overnight. Next day serve it chilled.
