Take mixer jar add oats rice flour salt garlic grind until the batter is smooth

Gradually add water while bleeding to achieve a smooth batter consistency similar to traditional dosa batter

Heat and lightly grease a pan or tawa, pour and spread a ladle of batter in a circular motion drizzling ghee or butter around the edges

Cook on medium to high heat until golden brown and crispy

Fold the dosa and serve

Ready to serve with potato sabji and coconut chattny
