Take the fresh beetroot,peeloff the skin, with the grater,grate it and keep aside.

Keep a kadai on low heat,add ghee, the nuts fry till golden colour. Remove keep it in plate.Then add little ghee and the grated beetroot,fry for few minutes. Transfer to a plate

Keep a pan on medium heat, add one cup of water and sabudana,cook for five minutes. Let it cook soft. Add sugar, give a nice mix.

Let the sugar melt completely, add the fried beetroot mix well. Then add ghee cook for ten minutes in low flame.

It becomes thick,add the fried nuts. Give a nice mix. Once it starts leaves the edges,remove from heat. Halwa is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Enjoy the healthy and tasty beetroot sabudana halwa.
