Mix sugar And butter beat it till soft and white

Add egg and mix again,add baking powder and flour,mix well,then add flavour,mix again,mix the milk with 2tbs water,then pour on the mixture,mix well.

Get ur banking pan,put the cup cake paper,pour the mixture,add chocolate,then pour the mixture again and add the inibi that's all,bake it on medium heat till golden brown
