  4. 1small Onion, finely chopped
  5. 4Green Chilies, finely chopped
  6. 1 tspGinger-Garlic Paste
  7. 2 tbspCoriander Leaves, finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tspRed Chili Powder
  9. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  10. 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 tbspCornflour or Rice Flour
  13. 2 tbspBread Crumbs (optional)
  14. Olive Oil or Ghee - for shallow frying
  15. For Punjabi Hari Chutney (No Mint, No Jaggery):
  16. 2 cupsFresh Coriander Leaves
  17. 4Green Chilies
  18. 1 inchGinger
  19. 1 tbspRoasted Chana Dal (or 1 tbsp curd)
  20. 1/2 tspCumin Seeds
  21. Juice of half Lemon
  22. 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  23. Salt or Rock Salt or Black Salt – to taste
  24. Ice Cubes or Cold Water – for grinding

    ▪︎ In a bowl, mix grated paneer, grated potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, coriander and all dry spices.
