For Paneer Tikki:
▪︎ In a bowl, mix grated paneer, grated potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, coriander and all dry spices.

▪︎ Shallow fry in olive oil or ghee on medium heat until golden and crispy.

For Punjabi Hari Chutney (No Mint, No Jaggery):
▪︎ Combine all ingredients in a blender.
