Steps

Cut the onion in slices

To a mixing bowl add slices onion add salt to taste.

Mix well and keep aside For 10 minutes so they bengan to release moisture.

After 10 minutes add turmeric powder,chilli powder,ajwain, coriander leaves, and Besan

Mix all together and make pakoda batter,add dropes of water if required.

Heat 1 tsp oil and add in pakoda batter.

Heat oil in pan for deep frying pakoda.

Dropping a small quantity of batter in the oil

Fry on medium heat stirring occasionally for even frying.

Fry pakodas till golden.

Serve onion pakoda.
