  1. 4mackerel fillets
  2. 4 tbspolive oil
  3. salt, paprika to taste
  4. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  5. lemon juice to taste

    Place mackerel fillets on a baking tray. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

    In a convenient container, thoroughly mix the spices, chopped garlic and olive oil.

    Grease the fish with the aromatic mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

    Serve baked mackerel hot or cold, with a fresh vegetable salad.
