  1. 200 gmillet groats
  2. 100 gbacon
  3. spring onion
  4. 1sweet pepper
  5. 1carrot
  6. salt, mix grated pepper to taste

    Set the multicooker to the "frying" mode. Cut the bacon into small pieces, start frying to release the fat and juice.

    Add chopped green onions. You can add a little vegetable oil.

    Add carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and sweet peppers, cut into thin strips. Simmer everything together for a few minutes.

    Add the cereal, pour in boiling water. There shouldn't be too much water, otherwise it will turn into soup. Salt and season to taste.

    Close the lid of the multicooker. Set the "Stewing" mode for one hour. But you need to make sure that the cereal does not absorb all the liquid too quickly. Add more if necessary.

    After the multicooker beeps, or even earlier, the millet porridge is ready.

Tips

At the very end of cooking, add a small piece of butter for an even richer flavor.
