Healthy tasty nutritious zero oil vegetable fried rice.
I loved this vegetable fried rice with no oil. This recipe is amazing and super light both in calories and on weighing you down after it you eat.
Steps

First take 1cup basmati rice and wash it properly soak it then add in boiling water add salt then use a sieve and strain the rice to drain extra water and take rice in a dish. Then arrange all the vegetable in a bowl then take a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp cumin seeds roast it.

Then add chopped green chilli and chopped onion carrot and cabbage.

Then add chopped tomato and add some water boil for 5 minutes then add turmeric powder red chilli powder 1 tsp salt.1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp black pepper powder and coriander leaves roast 1 minute then add cashew nuts. Mix well.

Then add boiled basmati rice mix it slowly now our healthy tasty nutritious zero oil vegetable fried rice is ready.

Then transferred to a serving plate and serve it and decorate with green chilli cashew nuts serve happily and enjoy it. Enjoy!!!
