Heat ghee in non-stick pan. Add the flour and roast it thoroughly on a low flame until it becomes fragrant. Then add the sesame seeds and roast them as well.

Once a little ghee separates, add 1/2 teaspoon of milk. Now, add the jaggery and turn off the gas. Stir it well until everything is thoroughly mixed.

Now, transfer it to a dish and spread it out evenly, then cut it into pieces.
