Leftover Moong dal Paratha

Take a large plate add wheat flour. Add leftover dal and salt. Mix everything well.

Knead a dough. Make a small balls with the help of rolling pin starting rolling. Dust it with little flour and press it. Roll it to make paratha. Apply little flour again and roll it. Apply one side ghee all over on the paratha.

Give a triangle shape. Heat tawa and place paratha on tawa.

After few seconds flip it. Apply little ghee on other side also.

Cook it from both sides properly. Take it out in a plate. Leftover Paratha is ready to serve. Serve it with pickle and enjoy.......😋😋
