VashBake wings were inspired by Zaxbys a restaurant I worked as a young girl. Zaxbys has always been a family favorite whether a late night snack or for family gatherings. Vash Bake wings are always on the menu in my family book. Im finally ready to share.

VashBake wings were inspired by Zaxbys a restaurant I worked as a young girl. Zaxbys has always been a family favorite whether a late night snack or for family gatherings. Vash Bake wings are always on the menu in my family book. Im finally ready to share.
Steps

Take chicken wash and separate into servings.

Pour oil into large pot. Heat oil on medium level. Drop one chicken singlet into oil to test. If chicken begins to fry place the rest of the serving into oil to fry.

Fry chicken until crispy and golden brown

Take RedHot pour into heated pan whisk being careful not to let sauce stick. Add onion powder, garlic powder and worchestershire sauce to simmering VashBake sauce. Once sauce begins to thicken add pure honey. Turn Vash sauce to low heat let simmer

With potato peeler take one lage potato and peel. Slice potato into wedge of fries shape (optional)

Take new pot of oil and heat to medium temperature. Transfer potato into strainer for drying before frying in oil.

Remove VashBake wings from pot place on plate and serve with potatoes and sauce.
Tips
VashBake sauce is optional but it's always requested
