All the ingredients needed in photo form.

Cut bagel in half. Toast the bagel in a regular toaster. On each half of the bagel, spread tomato paste, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and pepperoni on top.

Bake at 350F for 8 minutes, then air-fry at 350F for 5 minutes to finish. If you air-fry first, the pepperoni slices tend to fly off before the cheese has a chance to melt and hold everything together. Baking first helps the cheese set and keeps all the toppings in place, then air-frying at the end gives it that crispy finish.
