Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  • 10 1/2 ozpasta (300 grams)
  • 8 3/4 ozground beef (250 grams)
  • 3 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese (100 grams)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 21 oz canned peeled tomatoes (600 grams)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (100 ml)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large skillet, sauté the chopped carrot, celery, and onion. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, then pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.

  2. 2

    Add the canned tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When it's halfway cooked, transfer it to the skillet.

  4. 4

    Add the grated Parmesan and diced mozzarella. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
