Steps

Rinse buckwheat and add to a pot with water and a pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 min until tender.

In the last 5 min, add chopped mushrooms to the pot.

Drain excess water if needed and mix in garlic powder and onion powder.

Serve buckwheat and mushrooms in a bowl, top with sliced avocado.

Sprinkle avocado topping spices over the avocado. Enjoy!
Tips
Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins to enhance the dish!
