Boil Macaroni in sufficient water with oil or salt for 5 to 7 minutes. Then run under cold water. Strain and keep aside.

Now, heat oil/butter in a pan and saute all the vegetables or boiled soya chunks.

In a mixing bowl, add boiled macaroni and sauted vegetables. Add pepper powder, mixed herbs salt or lemon.

Mix nicely and it is ready to serve.
