Avocado and Microgreens Canapes are the easiest and the most simplest of Canapes i could ever make with the star ingredient- which are the healthy Microgreens. I have used Green Amaranthus, Radish and Fenugreek Microgreens. Now this has got to be the most creamy and the most flavourful of Canapes that one could ever try. Ripe and luscious Avocados with the healthy Microgreens together make this a perfect choice for a healthy starter, snack and a mid morning Brunch on any given day.
These can be made in a jiffy. Though Microgreens can be done at home as well but these are however store bought one's that i have used for this lip-smacking homemade freshly made delicacy. I have used Sumac herb here along with some Red Chilli flakes and a little of Sea Salt but the final topping is the most perfect choice by me so far. Microgreens always fascinated me and I so wanted to use them in my easy to do recipes but actually never went about it but this time I decided to do it for the ongoing Golden Apron challenge and that's it. So let's begin with the recipe straight away.

Mash the avocado until smooth, then mix in salt.

Spread the avocado puree evenly on each cracker.

Sprinkle sumac powder and red chilli flakes over the avocado.

Top each cracker with amaranthus, fenugreek and radish microgreens.

Serve right away to your loved ones, friends, guests and families. The crackers would remain crisper for a long time. Do not worry about that. Enjoy!
Tips
For a smoother avocado puree, add a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning and enhance flavor.
