Ingredients

  • 1 cup (boiled)Corn
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 1 tspChili flakes
  • 1 tbspSchezwan chutney
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1 tspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, add boiled corn, cornflour, chili flakes, Schezwan chutney, salt, and olive oil.

    Mix everything well so the corn is evenly coated.

    Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket.

    Air-fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes or until crispy, shaking halfway for even cooking.

    Serve hot and enjoy your spicy, crispy treat!
