Jowar kulcha recipe
Steps

Take out 1/4 cup of jowar flour keep aside.

In the remaining flour add salt, baking powder and curd mix well.

Dissolve 1/4 cup jowar flour which we kept aside in cup of water boil it on slow flame. Keep stirring till it thickens porridge consistency.

Pour it in flour mixture and mix with fork.keep (Cooked flour work as binding agent.)

When cool knead dough by adding warm water if needed the should be soft and pliable.cover and keep aside for 30 mnts.

Peel and mash boiled potatoes add chopped green chillies,red chilli powder,salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder,dry mango powder and chopped coriander leaves mix.

To make Kulcha Take small portion of dough roll out little.tske small portion of potato mixture place it at centre of rolled dough gather the edges and make ball again roll out in round or oval shape.

Spread little black Sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves press little with hand.

Heat griddle on slow flame and cook kulcha till golden brown in colour both sides. Apply little oil on both sides.

Same way make more kulcha.

Remove from fire and serve hot with chutney and curd.
